If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions:

First: Conditions for Return or Exchange :

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories.
• For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you will be compensated or have the product replaced at no additional cost.
• The customer bears the shipping and return fees if the reason for return is personal (e.g., change of mind or dislike of the product).

• Please provide the order number and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
• After reviewing your request, we will send you the shipping details and complete the return process.

Third: Refund Process :

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
